All terms regarding consulting and training are specified
in writing after an initial session with a companies
decision makers and may be modified from time to time
as responsibilities change. The prices set for travel
vouchers and other merchandise are non negotiable except
in person and/ or as a result of specific sales and
training goals for which these sales tools may be included.
All contracts between SCM and various customers are
entered into on a confidential basis and not for public
consumption except that which is required for a public
company to its Board of Directors.
Review the contents of this site and complete the requests
for quotes documents provided for Website Creation
and Direct Mail. If you have a Public Company, big or
small, you may want to enter into a 1 year consulting
agreement so that we are available for a specific number
of hours every month. Yearly retainer relationships
can start as low as $2,000.00 per month and are scalable
based upon the needs of the company. Daily rates start
at $2,500.00 which consists of a Full Business Day.
Sales Training Fees are based upon time and content
as well as audience population. Specific sales training
normally requires preparation time equal to twice the
time devoted to the actual training. All sales training
has a specific purpose which is mutually agreed upon
in advance. All expenses are payable in advance or as
they occur in addition to the consulting/ training fees. The fee for Real Estate consulting is waived if the client purchases property exclusively through SCM's referral program. This program selects property which meets our strict guideline of a projected 10% annual growth forcast.
